MORE ABOUT ME

I graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a journalism degree in May of 2022.

I spent the next three years working full-time for media outlets in Nebraska. I covered Nebraska sports — mainly women’s basketball — for Hail Varsity and Hurrdat Sports before spending a year working on the digital team at the Omaha World-Herald. After being laid off, I decided to take up freelancing.

My passion is telling stories wherever I go. While that’s mostly led me to writing, my roles have also led me to accumulate editing, social media and graphic design experience to help enhance stories.

I’ve lived in Arlington, Texas for nearly a year. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, video games and have more recently taken up birdwatching as a hobby.
